Will I lose my data when you repair my phone?
For screen, battery or charging port replacements, normally not. We still recommend having a backup, and we can help you make one.
How long does a screen or battery replacement take?
If we have the part, usually the same day. If it needs ordering, we tell you the timeframe with your quote.
My phone got wet, what should I do?
Switch it off, do not charge it and do not put it in rice. Bring it to us as soon as possible: corrosion spreads by the hour.
Do you repair phones that will not turn on?
Yes. We diagnose the board and, with micro-soldering, can often bring back both the phone and its data.
