Frequently asked questions
Can you replace just the glass on an iPad?
It depends on the model. On many standard iPads the touch glass is separate from the display, so only the glass is replaced. On iPad Air and Pro they come as one unit. We will tell you once we see your model.
Can a Kindle with a scratched or cracked screen be fixed?
Yes, on most models the e-ink screen can be replaced.
My tablet battery is swollen. Is it dangerous?
Yes. Stop using and charging it and bring it to us. A swollen battery can damage the screen and can even catch fire.
